I must say these were delivered in perfect condition! I took a chance and ordered two.. thank God I listened to the reviews purchase one size higher. I wore the blue ones today and got so many compliments. Delivery was fast.. I swear I think I rcvd ithem within 4 days.. packaging, delivery, colors, fit .. all were perfect.. no complaint at all on my end.. just a happy customer

I love the skates but I haven't tested them out yet. They were a perfect fit so I suggest ordering up a size. If you use the fit guide, it gives you your exact size which is what you normally wear. I returned for a larger size and had to pay for the shipping which was $20 🙁. I haven't received them yet. I hope they come soon.

One pair came perfectly in tact and looked nice but my other pair I was sent two right skates and customer service was good at getting back to me on that.
I order two the black one came with the tongue part of the skate mesh fabric coming off so I didn’t wear the black ones which suck but I received both pairs at the same time which is GOOD but they are really smooth skates from my time in the rose color ones this weekend ❤️
I apoalutly love these I bought the Ross gold holographic and thunder black pair plus the 6 pads set and they are so comfortable and durable. I will be using them for many years to come. They came so fast in less than 2 weeks highly recommended
I love them but they run small so size up atleast 1 whole size
Okay ladies I usually wear a 10 to a 10 1/2 depending on how the shoe is made , so I purchased a size 11 and the skates fit perfectly. I also like to wear thick socks with my skates so my feet don’t hurt.
Just so you know I’m use to using inlines /rollerblades but I wanted to try something new and learn how to skate using roller skates and let’s just say I’m falling in love with these I might be ditching my love for rollerblades.
Oh and just incase this matters I’m 33 and purchased my 10 year old a pair too
